Crisis management

In addition to a complete management of your project, we also offer a crisis management service. Unfortunately we know that sometimes, projects don’t always go to plan and that deadlines can be missed. We have significant experience in assisting other construction companies and stepping in as sub-contractors to overcome delays or issues. This ensures that, in the event that your project hasn’t gone to plan, we can guarantee to bring in your project on time.

Some crisis management projects we have undertaken to date are:

We took over this extension and renovation of 22 apartments for 3 months and introduced a team of 30 highly skilled trades professionals. This increased the staff onsite from 6 to 36 and ensured the project was completed within the desired timeframe.

· 19 Heath Drive, Hampstead Heath, London, NW3 7SL

This project consisted of the extension and renovation of a detached property. BSS took over the management on site for 3 months and introduced 10 trade professionals increasing staff from 5 to 15.

· 72 Cadogan Place, London SW1X 9RP

We took over the management of this project for one month to ensure all renovation works were completed to the highest standard and on time.

We took over the entire project on this property completing all renovation work in 2 months using a team of 8 professionals.

· 19 Eton Villas, Hampstead Heath, London NW4 4SG

BSS was asked to take over the renovation of wood, walls and ceilings and complete all the final decorations enabling the project to be completed successfully to the highest standard.
