We make house extensions. We provide full service in the field of preparatory work, design consultations and work supervision.

As part of the extension or renovation of the property, we add walls in accordance with the use of specific materials, reconstruction of pointing and cast iron elements corresponding to the reconstruction of materials from the specific period/century in which the building was made (for example London districts: Hampstead, Sloan Squer, Kensington etc.).

We support other construction companies that have delays and are at risk of exceeding the deadlines for completing work at a high level of quality.

From May 2023, we provide property maintenance services to KENNINGTON MANAGEMENT LTD, which rents 40 properties in London (districts: Kensington, Hammersmith, Earls Court, Bayswater, Kentish Town). As a result of this cooperation, we have created new additional procedures enabling us to deal with sudden, unexpected failures. Currently, in the field of property maintenance, we have the ability to respond within 12 to 72 hours, depending on the type of task that needs to be performed. On a daily basis, we provide the following maintenance services:

- Electrical repairs, replacement and certification of electrical installations,
- Plumbing repairs, replacement and certification of hydraulic installations,
- Repair, replacement and assembly of furnitures,
- Roof repairs,
- Technical consultations regarding planned divisions of apartments and roof extensions in terms of adding new floors.
